At New York City Jewelry Week (NYCJW), Lisa M. Berman — founder of Sculpture To Wear and WAM! (Wearable Art Museum) will present award-winning artists recognized at the 2024 CLUSTER Contemporary Jewellery Fair in London.

As both a curator and an advocate for wearable art, Lisa continues her mission to spotlight exceptional talent whose work pushes the boundaries of design, material, and meaning. Through the Sculpture To Wear Award and the WAM! Award, she honors innovation, craftsmanship, and vision in contemporary studio jewelry.

This special NYCJW showcase celebrates the winners, offering audiences the opportunity to experience the next generation of artists shaping the future of wearable art.

✦ Sculpture To Wear Award — Best Retail Design

From the perspective of a studio art jewelry retailer of 25 years and fashion retail/merchandiser of 40 years, Lisa M. Berman selects work that balances marketability, wearability, and sales potential. This award recognizes artists whose designs are ready to scale and thrive in a retail context.

Chosen from the perspective of a museum curator/director, this award celebrates works that are not only aesthetically compelling but also thought-provoking, experimental, and message-driven. These pieces stretch materials, techniques, and technology to deliver a powerful narrative. Recipients will be featured in an upcoming WAM! exhibition.
